Five years after Katherine Heigl sold her California home for $2.62 million, its current owner is attempting to flip it at nearly $3 million. But while Heigl lived in the 3,690 square feet, 4-bedroom property, Heigl admits it was a dream. Its southern-style has a ton of amenities and fixtures that clearly made its ownership a breeze – perhaps worth the fortune it costs in insurance and maintenance payments. But their expanding family demanded just a little more space we guess.
