Rob Schneider & Patricia Azarcoya Arce — Est. $3.6 Million, San Marino

Comedian and actor Rob Schneider took his San Marino French Normandy themed home to the market in 2009 for a price of $3.6 million. Schneider and his wife, Patricia, have lived in the mansion on and off since 2003. The home was originally erected in 1926 at the hands of an architect by the name of Everett P. Babcock — in fact, it was the architect’s private residence. The home is two-stories high and is full of character with arched doorways, a foyer and tower staircase, and classy Batchelder tile risers. The home consists of four bedrooms as well as four bathrooms. The 4,690 square feet of living space is professionally decorated and tastefully adorned. Outside the home, there is a lush landscape and an oval saltwater pool. The entire set up rests on about half an acre of land. We’re sure that back when the couple was living here, they had enjoyed a lifestyle of luxury and comfort!
