Al Pacino — Est. $3.3 Million, Palisades, New York

Al Pacino is nothing sort of a legend in the film industry. Whether it’s The Godfather of 70s or The Irishman of 2019 — the winner of Triple Crown in acting still remains a cult figure in Hollywood. He branched out his artistic venture to open his own production house, as his passion for the silver screen continued as an aspiring producer as well. The veteran actor previously owned a gorgeous compound in New York, specifically in the Palisades, called Snedens Landing

Instead of choosing to own a remote house, he decided to stay close to the other fellow celebrities, in a live-and-let-live type of place. The compound has marvelous views of the Hudson River. The property functioned as a modest guesthouse with Pacino’s private residence situated next door. Pacino first listed the guesthouse for sale with a $4.499-million price tag in 2012, but after some time, the price dropped until its sale price was reduced to $3.3 million. The residence was originally erected back in 1941 and features oversized windows, wooden flooring, and French doors on three sides of the home. Nice!
