First of all, Brentwood is a less popular suburb of Los Angeles – hardly celebrity home material. Priscilla and Elvis Presley divorced three years before she invested in this home. The house only cost her $170K in 1976. Her mother, Ann Lillian Wagner-Beaulieu, was living in this house. The house is now on the real estate market with a price tag of $3.8 million. It is, without a doubt, rather outdated, but it is certainly well kept and worth the price. It even has a lovely kidney-shaped swimming pool! The construction of the house dates back to the 1940s and spreads over an area of 2,500 square feet.
