Together, Hathaway and Shulman invested in a luxurious residence in the Big Apple. The two-bedroom penthouse apartment forms a part of a historical Neo-Georgian mansion located in the Upper West Side.
The couple paid a hefty $2.55 million for the apartment. However, after having upgraded the place with many renovations to make it more modern while still retaining its glamorous historic detailing like the period moldings, the pair are asking for $3.5 million for its sale. Hathaway and Shulman are parents of baby Jack as of late 2019, and so they are more inclined towards family-oriented homes instead of penthouse apartments.
