Everyone fell in love with Cameron Diaz’s New York apartment after seeing it in the pages of Elle Decor back in 2013. The good news is, if your bank account or mortgage can afford this house, it can now become yours. Soon after she got married to Benji Madden back in January 2015, she listed her home for $4.25 million, or $1.3 million more than she initially paid for it in 2008. With such a great deal, she won’t miss her old apartment that much, especially since she already owns a $8.5-million villa in Miami (and probably another one along with her husband). However the increase in the price tag is actually quite reasonable considering all the improvements she made with the help of expert interior designer Kelly Wearstler. The new owners can enjoy an incredibly opulent and glamorous space.
