Duke and Duchess of Windsor – Price Undisclosed, Paris

The pair of Edward VIII and his better half, Wallis Simpson, now popularly known as the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, were two of the most recognized faces in British history. The couple’s marriage brought around a constitutional crisis ultimately leading to the abdication of the Duke. After Edward VIII passed away in 1972, Wallis lived in seclusion and preferred to stay away from the general public until her death in 1986.

After the Duke’s abdication, he left the Buckingham Palace and settled down in a 14-room mansion in Bois du Boulogne, which they took on rent. The property was later named as Villa Windsor by Egyptian Billionaire, Mohammed Al Fayed. Everything about the luxury mansion, starting from its grandeur to its attributes like the home security system, is absolutely perfect, and we guess Al Fayed has a big role to play here in maintaining the property.
