Kenny Smith the former NBA player and his model-singer-actress wife, Gwendolyn Osborne-Smith walked down the aisle in 2006. Before they parted ways in 2018, they put up their Encino home for sale at $3.595 million.
The couple hopes to cash on a flourishing Encino luxury market where the single-family home sales notched up $2 million or more last year. Five years ago, the French estate notched up $2.795 million for half an acre or more. The construction of the two-story house dates back to 1963 and remodeled since then. It has vaulted features and a beamed ceiling, it has wooden floors, and the skylights lend the house a bright and airy feel.
The interior has multiple things going for it. The spacious 6,106 square feet interior has an open-plan living room, ample lighting, a lovely remodeled kitchen, a family room that has witnessed many a cozy get-together, and a breakfast area, just right to dig in sumptuous spreads.
