Aside from representing Slovenia on the world stage, Luka Doncic dons the jersey of the National Basketball side, Dallas Mavericks. The Mavericks drafted him during the NBA draft in 2018. Since then, he has been a part of Mavericks’ success stories. Banking on his natural skills, Doncic played his first match for his country when he was 17.
He played a pivotal role in helping Slovenia emerge as champions at the European Basketball Championship, popularly known as EuroBasket. Doncic’s romance with his girlfriend, Anamaria Goltes, is well known now. The two go back to the times when they met as kids.
After growing up, they went separate ways in their respective careers but stayed friends. The friendship blossomed into a romantic relationship in the year 2018. We are not sure whether marriage is on the cards for the duo, but we are happy for them.
