Bill Smitrovich – 1947


Born on May 16, 1947, Bill Smitrovich kickstarted his acting career a bit late. After completing his master’s degree from Smith College and working as an acting teacher at the esteemed University of Massachusetts, he got his first break with a role in The American Clock on Broadway.

He made a foray into the entertainment industry with a prime role in the television series, Les incorruptibles de Chicago in 1986 and was seen portraying military roles in films like Air Force One, Independence Day, and Eagle Eye.  At 71, he is still going strong.
