Ann Blyth is perhaps most popular for her role as Veda Pierce in Mildred Pierce. No wonder she got nominated for an Oscar for that very role. Ann also did a number of musicals because she’s good at singing. However, she gave more priority to her family because, in the fifties, she started taking up less work so that she can give her family more time.
Ann happens to be among the last surviving stars hailing from Hollywood’s Golden Age. She was married to James McNulty from the year 1953 until he breathed his last in 2007. The mother of five has ample savings to her credit to notch up a lavish way of living. Looks like she had her priorities set for a long time. We hope she had done her retirement plans right, too, so that she would never have to think of a reverse mortgage ever. We are really happy for her.
