Cates is a successful model, actress, and a flourishing entrepreneur. She is famous for her role in Fast Times at Ridgemont High, and also in Private School and Gremlins.
Cates was one of the 80s’ biggest stars. In 1994, she disappointed many fans when she announced her retirement from acting and modeling. However, Cates left the entertainment industry only to have more time with her kids, so we forgive her!
