DIY Diving Board Disaster
This funny clip shows a woman improvising a diving board using household plank tables. There’s a reason there are professionals for that. As she makes the final bounce, the wood gives way, trapping her legs and sending her tumbling into the pool alongside the table. Instead of a perfect dive, she creates a hilarious splash!
She could have done a few things differently. For starters, skipping the DIY runway might have been wise. Using a sturdy ladder or simply jumping in without any makeshift apparatus is the safest bet. She’s lucky to escape without serious injury, as such stunts can lead to nasty falls or worse.
