Now We’re Completely Jealous! – Take A Peek Inside These Incredible Celebrity Houses
David Spade — Est. $4 Million, Beverly Hills
Fifty-five-year-old David Spade has a lot of great things to look back to in terms of his career. He kickstarted his career in 1987 by performing in various comedy shows before he eventually landed a place as one of Saturday Night Live‘s writers. Later on, he became a cast member of SNL, and so, his acting career began and flourished after that. His first lead role in a movie was in Joe Dirt which he co-wrote with Fred Wolf, and while it received lukewarm success, that didn’t deter Spade from finding more ways to further his career and accentuate his bank account. He lent his voice to the feisty Emperor Kuzco in The Emperor’s New Groove as well as to a video game character in The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning.
Furthermore, he boasts of an impressive real estate portfolio, buying and selling houses left and right around Los Angeles. In 2001, he shelled out a whopping $4 million for his current abode in L.A. which is now estimated to have a value of $20 million. If he does decide to sell off this property, he’s going to reap huge profits from it, no doubt.
