Ryan Seacrest – $14.9 Million, Hollywood Hills
Dubbed Casa di Pace, Ryan Seacrest’s Hollywood Hills mansion is a testament to the OAP’s unrelenting love for stately, off-the-grid properties in serene environments. Seacrest describes the Mediterranean-style 5-bedroom villa as the perfect sanctuary for him given its exclusivity as well as its proximity to his place of work. Surprisingly, even its French terra-cotta, club room, and 4,500-bottle cellar still didn’t stop him from listing the property for $14.9 million. Whether or not he can manage to flip it remains to be seen.
