There was no better proof of Hilary Duff’s impeccable taste than her luxurious Mediterranean-style home in Toluca Lake, L.A. But when her first baby was set to arrive, she listed the 9,277-square-foot property for $6.25 million in 2012. While the six-bedroom home had more than enough room to take on a new member of the family, the actress-singer was keen on buying a home with the exclusive intention to share it with her husband and new child. Considering she was probably saving a fortune in home insurance costs, we sure can’t complain.
