Even though a $200-million home is quite the splurge, we couldn’t imagine Aaron Spelling buying a home anything less than extravagant and grandiose – given his time in the entertainment industry. Spelling had earned himself the 56,500-square-foot property that he built with his late wife before his death. From its gym, built-in skating rink to the orchard, the Spelling Manor is one property that undoubtedly suited its owner. The home is a French chateau-style house that is actually named Spelling Manor. The house was constructed in 1990 during the height of Spelling’s career. The iconic Beverly Hills 90210 star sure does have a good eye for lavish homes! The house is a beauty, and offers plenty of luxury within its walls. The house was controversial since a 1934 mansion was bulldozed to build it in its place. The home has been sold off and made over. It even features a bowling alley for entertainment – now that’s something different!
