She wants to ‘get rid’ of it so much, that she is willing to sell it for not a single-dollar of profit! Perry, whose net worth reaches nearly $100 million, bought the house in 2011 for $6.5 million. Perry’s not-so-modest house collection includes her Colonial House in West Hollywood, her Los Feliz, L.A home worth $3.39 million, her L.A home worth $6.5 million and finally, her New York apartment valued at $2.7 million. She seriously needs to hire a private wealth management expert lest she forgets the number and locations of the houses she owns.
