Joe Jonas used to spend a lot of money on renting houses, and his housing expenses had his financial advisor on his knees. He eventually decided to buy his own real estate, so he moved to his present mansion, located in Sherman Oaks. The $3.7-million house’s size is estimated to be over 5,600 square feet, with five bedrooms, a breakfast bar, modern fireplace, a huge swimming pool with its own pool house, six bathrooms, and a home cinema for seven people. However, sometime in his many travels it seems he wound up finding a buyer for his home and let Sutton House go for $3.7 million. At least he didn’t run a loss, as this is exactly what he paid for the home in 2016. However, he did have it listed for $4.25 million. Perhaps he just wanted it off of his hands!
