Lady Gaga $5.25 Million, Hollywood Hills
Lady Gaga’s love for rock music might have influenced her in her purchases after all, as she bought Frank Zappa’s former house, located at Laurel Canyon, for the hefty price of $5.25 million. This estate is sitting on the legendary Hollywood Hills, and it comes with a 7,000 square feet of the main house, consisting of a staggering seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, and even an apartment for the mansion’s staff. Moreover, its exterior is decorated with a massive pool and a tennis court on its roof, an art gallery, and of course, a recording room. There’s also a massage room and a variety of rooms for art. The home was built in 1939, and was bought by Zappa for just $75k in 1968. After the artist’s death, the home made its way on the real estate market in 2016.
