Billy Joel – $13.75 Million, Florida
With one property pawned off to Jerry Seinfeld, Billy Joel should probably consider buying a new home or holding on to his other properties – but this musician seems to have other ideas. Joel sold off his Mediterranean-style home in Miami Beach Florida at $13.75 million, a meagre $175K more than the price he paid when he acquired it. And giving up a 150-foot boat for that deserves some credit – but given his love for boats, we won’t be surprised if we hear that Joel would leave land for water. He is selling his Pal Beach mansion, complete with its furnishings. The home covers 13,000 square feet and was originally bought for $11.8 million back in 2014. Joel has long had plans opf selling the home, even having it on the market in 2015 for $19.5 million. He lowered this to $16.9 million, though, when there were no takers!
