Bryce Dallas Howard – $2.9 Million, Hollywood Hills
Bryce Dallas Howard’s home was sold off as far back as 2013, only a few months after her marriage to Seth Gabel. But the actress hardly qualifies as one of Hollywood’s cool mansions ‘flippers,’ seeing as the home was technically listed at a loss. The two-story property boasts a landscaped patio, grandiose master ensuite bedroom, and a cozy kitchen. It was listed at only $500K higher than its actual value and considering its home insurance, particularly the in-house insurance, we cannot help but wonder if being a brand-new blushing bride got the best of the actress.
