His role as Ricardo Tubbs in the television show, Miami Vice, shot Philip Michael Thomas to fame. He went on to grab a host of opportunities and starred in many movies that were made for television only. Aside from that, Thomas also lent his voice for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
The 70-year-old has probably stopped being active in the industry now but is still a favorite of the paparazzi. He is the proud dad of six daughters and five sons and has one step-daughter as well. His grey hair is his trademark and that makes him stand out among the crowd.
