Phil Collins – 1951
Phil Collins is one of the world’s renowned English singers and instrumentalists. He was born in London on January 30, 1951, and started his career as a child actor. He has done a lot of solo work and collaborative singles which made it to the US Top 40 hits. Phil was the Genesis rock band’s drummer. Phil Married three times and fathered five children. In 2011, Phil announced his retirement after he had nerve damage that left him unable to play the drums.
But that didn’t stop him and he was still determined to go back on tour. However, in 2012, he was again admitted due to an alcohol problem that threatened his health. In 2015, he had major surgery on his back.
But still, the music legend continues to make tours and accept gigs but you will see him lean on the piano most of the time. Also last year he was rushed to a hospital after he stripped in a hotel room. As a result, his gigs are being canceled. Even then he is still very much alive and has plans to continue making music.
