Cheryl Ladd is an American actress, singer & author best known for her leading & iconic role as Kris Munroe in the ABC television series Charlie’s Angels. During this time as playing one of Charlie’s leading angels, she decided to take advantage of this newfound fame and launched her musical debut in many musical comedies. She even performed the national anthem at Super Bowl XIV in 1980!
Throughout her lifetime, Ladd has remained a popular and familiar face on television and is in no way ready for retirement! One thing is for certain though, that she has flawlessly aged! She quit her habit of smoking and even refused to live in the city in order to reduce her stress levels. She makes many lifestyle choices that support her health because she recognizes health as being most important above all else!
