Nothing is more satisfying than treating yourself to a delicious cupcake after a hard day’s work. If you’re lucky, you might even have high-end bakeries in your neighborhood that make everything from scratch, including their pastries. However, with so much frosting on the cake, it can be difficult to consume.
Make a sandwich with icing instead of smearing it all over your face and then eating it. It will taste a lot better. Cut the cupcake in half lengthways, place the bottom half on top and bring the two halves of the frosting together in the middle. There’s no more mess and none of your icing goes to waste.
