Heide Rezepa-Zabel and Günther Zabel
For more than ten years, Dr. Heide Rezepa-Zabel to the expert team of the popular ZDF junk show “Bares for Rares”. Since 2013 she has acted as an expert for jewellery, porcelain and watches. The art historian evaluates art and antiques at “Bares für Rares” and, as a trained diamond appraiser and gemmologist, primarily historical and modern jewelry.
Heide Rezepa-Zabel was born on September 16, 1965 in Lünen. After graduating from the Anne-Frank-Gymnasium Werne, the “Bares for Rares” expert went to Hamburg to study art history and business administration. Heide Rezepa-Zabel finally did his doctorate at the Institute for Art and Visual History at the Humboldt University in Berlin.
Privately, Heide Rezepa-Zabel has found happiness with her husband Günther Zabel, a tax consultant. The couple lives in Berlin and has three daughters together.
