Music legend Elvis Presley in his signature sparkly outfit remains a popular Halloween costume, and if he had worn that look on this day, it would’ve been perfect. However, he kept it simple and opted to appear in his regular attire with a festive face covering at Taylor, Sy Devore’s All Hallow’s Eve party in 1957.
